Label Text:
Further experimentation with motion led Leonardo to this device which allows constant reversible action. The main drive wheel, bordered on half its perimeter by small teeth, is used to turn two motion wheels. As the main drive wheel revolves, the small teeth catch the motion wheels producing upward movement. The main drive wheel then continues to its start reversing the motion wheels producing downward movement. - Dr. Roberto A. Guatelli
