Description: English miniature or toy creamware cream pot with a coil handle and pinched spout decorated in iron red and blackish-brown. The black-banded rim is over a band of fern-like design in a herringbone shape over a narrow black band; the handle edges and footrim are banded in black. There is a group of four small dots in a diamond shape on the base. This jug may be part of a set with the cup and saucer, HD 80.112/A, also given by the same donor. This pot could have been made by Josiah Wedgwood but is unmarked. See Bryding Adams, The Dwight and Lucille Beeson Collection at the Birmingham Museum of Art, p. 188, no. 40, acc no. 1990.268.1-.11.
