Description:
Visual Description: This square oil painting depicts a countryside scene viewed through the blossoming branches of a tree. In the foreground, the tree's branches, adorned with pink flowers and sparse green leaves, obscure most of the bottom left quadrant, with details visible through them. The background features farmland with fresh, brown fields, and behind them, buildings of both residential and public use.
The two small houses in the midground face the same way, characterized by little detail other than two windows with blue open shutters and two chimneys. There is smoke coming out of a building on the right. Coming from the lower bound of the frame between the center and the right-most edge, two dirt pathways traverse the grassy farmland. One pathway immediately veers to the right and exits the frame at the center third. The other pathway continues straight and diverges, one of its paths continuing straight past the two small houses until it disappears among the red-roofed buildings further up. There are green bushes and bigger trees towering over the larger community buildings in the background. The artist's initials are painted in the bottom right corner.
