"Lieut., Josiah Walker." Josiah Walker is listed as serving in the following campaigns: 1757, 1758, and 1759. This horn resembles the work of J.W. except that it lacks winged serifs. the thick -and-thin caligraphy is almost identical to the copperplate engraving on the Hobart Spencer and Ebenezer Hitchcock horns. There is a neatly executed abstract British coat-of-arms surrounded by a delicately scalloped border similar to that of J.W. And there is a neat scalloped edge decorated with dots and triangular devises of a familiar Lake George School type.
