In this rendition in the "Circular Ruins" series, the artist prints an image of a woman, the Greek princess Ariadne in the artist's imagination, who sits on a stack of burning books. This print is superimposed onto a yellow sewing paper with black text that are instructions making pants. Both of these layers are on top of a book page from "Fanny Kemble: A Passionate Victorian" by Margaret Armstrong.
