Description:
English delft circular plate with blue decoration. The well is decorated with a chinoiserie landscape scene of a boy, with a right-hand finger pointed upward, seated on a fence framed by foliage, rock, and overhanging cliff. The rim has two landscape scenes extending into the well - a rocky island with a pagoda and small landscape - with narrow diaper-work band around the outer rim.
