To search for an object, or objects, belonging to a specific member of the consortium, it is necessary to add the specific institution's two letter code. They are: AC for Mead Art Museum - Amherst College, HC for Hampshire College, HD for Historic Deerfield, MH for Mount Holyoke College Art Museum, SC for Smith College Museum of Art, and UM for the University Gallery - University of Massachusetts at Amherst. When you do not know the specific item's number simply include the institution's code in Object Number and then fill other query fields you want and press the Search button at the bottom of this page. The system will only select objects from the museum specified.
