Description:
In the foreground, Soviet military officer and politician Klim Voroshilov holds the reins of two camels, his mouth open mid-conversation. He wears a jacket with a thin silky tie, and a hat. Around him are crowds of Asian individuals, some in Western-style coats and others wearing military uniforms. Several are clapping for Voroshilov.
