Description:
This wooden bucket was carved from a large piece of wood or hollowed out tree trunk, and then decorated with small pieces of abalone inlay around the top, as well as a carved piece of walrus ivory fashioned to look like a small seal. A strap may have been originally attached to the bucket, making it easier to carry. AP2018
