Label Text:
The text of this image is: ANNA'S CLOTHING I am looking at my grandmother in her casket. But this is not she! Her hair has become her hat, her stockings have become her legs, her shoes, her feet, her gown is her torso. I am looking at my grandmother's clothing. She has taken her body off as she would her clothing at bedtime. She still comforts me now the [letters scratched out] way she did when I was a child. She stands next to me. We are both there side by side looking at her old clothes in the casket. I am not sad.
