Description:
One piece lace overdress (underdress missing) fastened at the waist with a wide, peach-colored sash ("daisy chain"? sash). Possibly worn by a classmate of Helen Geier Flynt (1895-1986) at Vassar College. Flynt, who founded Historic Deerfield along with her husband Henry Needham Flynt (1893-1970), attended Vassar from 1914 to 1918.
