Description:
One of a set of eight postcards, this one showing an embossed Christmas card with printed message "A MERRY CHRISTMAS" over "Etta" in script and the scene of a person stanindg in front of a country church. Sent to George Messinger of Providence, Rhode Island, December 23, 1907. The reverse has "POST CARD / This side for corresponcence./ B.W. 313 PRINTED IN GERMANY /; a U.S. one cent stamp cancelled with the postmark, "SOUTH FARMINGTON MASS / DEC 23 / 9-30A / 1907"; and addressed to Geo Wessinger / A16 Fallow St. / Providence / R I."
