Description:
Wool flannel petticoat with two tucks, feather stitching, and a knitted lace flounce attached to the bottom of the hem. It has a cotton hip panel with a button closure and the flannel gathered slightly to the panel in front and on the sides; cartridge pleating creating greater fullness in the center back; and a center back closure with three bone buttons and handmade buttonholes. The seams are machine stiched and the rest is done by hand
