Label Text:
The artist's signature can be found at the center of the lower edge "Ichiyūsai Kuniyoshi ga" ('drawn by Ichiyūsai Kuniyoshi'). Immediately to the left of the signature are the circular kiwame mark of the censor and the mark of publisher Kawaguchiya Chōzō. The title of the series is printed across the top, with the specific floral association of this print identified by the morning glories surrounding the black cartouche at upper-right.
