Description:
English delft circular plate with blue decoration. The well is decorated with a landscape scene, extending into the rim, of a house and tower, each with a cross shape extending from the top, between two tall trees. There is another cross shape to the left of the scene and what appears to be three sail-like shapes to the right, with three flocks of birds flying in a "V" formation overhead. There are rocks and foliage in the foreground. The outer rim is surrounded by a series of squares, each with a dot or dash in the middle.
