Description:
Silver spoon with a pointed-end handle with bright-cut decoration and a pointed oval bowl with an incised V-drop, which is marked "W.S" in a rectangle for William Simpkins (1704-1770), and engraved with the initials "CCE" on the front of the handle and "Ethel" in script on the back of the handle.
