Description:
Pair of baby's black leather shoes featuring ankle straps (to help keep them on) and decorated with a metal buckle trim. Inside each shoe, "6522" is written, which may indicate an inventory or size number. This is an good example of a late 19th-century child's shoe that would have been moderately priced.
