Description:
Pair of women's shoes or pumps with a louis-style heel. Supposedly worn with Worth dress 94.004.01. The shoes are not an exact match to the dress, but certainyl could have been worn with it. Stamped inside " J. & J. Slater/ 1185 Broadway, N.Y." J. and J. Slater was a shoe manufacturer and/or importer in the early 20th century, in operation from at least 1903 through 1914.
