She is visible from behind and stands with her hands on a wide-brimmed hat. Frame: Gilded wooden frame with warm red bole. Tan linen liner with cream wood fillet. Back: Dark blue/black Masking tape makes a double border around the exterior edge. Two additional strips create horizontal bars across the bottom. A canvas (?) background with an undulating surface is colored with blue and red.
