Model of a Japanese Light Cruiser used in military training. Mounted on a rectangular, gray-green piece of plywood. On back is printed: "Mfg. by Comet Metal Products, Co. Richmond Hill, N.Y." Associated handwritten card reads: "Japanese Light Cruiser from Lansing Hammond."
