SKINNER CATALOGUE: A sheet iron broiler, consisting of two round shallow pans hinged together and pierced by regular holes placed in concentric circles and punched from the outside in, so that the juice would not easily run out. Two looped heavy wire handles rivetted on. Handles marked I V MILES PAT AUG 18 1... ? the mark being much obliterated. Diam. 9" Thickness 1 1/4" Cat. 2/21/1935
