"Studer's Popular Ornithology, Birds of North America." by Theodore Jasper, A.M. M.D. Published New York, 1881. Filled with colored plates of birds. Inside front cover is a newspaper clipping "Steamboat Days" from the Rockland Courier-Gazette, 1939. Also contains three handwritten lists of birds eggs, collected by Willie M. Hurd and Normie Hurd.
