Description:
Woodcut print of native nude woman in an exotic setting (presumably Tahiti). Nude woman in left-hand corner with right palm and left hand outstretched toward a tangle of flowers. A large reptile is oriented horizontally at eye level of the nude, but his gaze does not lock with the woman's eyes. Scene is flanked by a tribal design to the left with the title "Nave Nave Fenua" featured prominently on the top. Ink is unevenly distributed on print with some faint patches, suggesting uneven pressure during printing.
