City block with rows of three buildings, all connected by a long awning. Series of horse and carts parked under awnings. Building on left has placard with backwards lettering; building on right has "GARAN" stenciled in large letters, and has a hanging sign with an anchor. Philadelphia, urban, street, marketplace.
