Description:
Stool in walnut and pine with a rectangular maple seat frame; a slip seat upholstered with a piece taken from an Indian crewel embroidered, cotton coverlet (1064.2); and four cabriole legs ending in raised pad feet. Pieces from coverlet 1064.2 were also used for six chair seats (1190.1-.6) and to make a coverlet (1064.1) for a doll's bed (3082).
