Description:
Small navy blue hat consisting of twisted (rayon?) loops and tendrils over a net foundation. Two matching velvet circles secure the construction at the top center of the hat. Each tendril secured to net at edges with two smaller matching velvet circles. No label; possibly from Frederick's, a women's specialty store in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Worn by Helen Geier Flynt.
