Description:
Obverse: Head of Isis facing right, wearing tainia. Hair hangs down in three braids. Ends of diadem fall straight down. Slight border visible on top.
Reverse: Eagle standing right on thunderbolt. Vertical inscriptions on either side; BAΣIΛEΩΣ ANTIOXOY ΘEOY EΠIΦANOYΣ.

Small circular indentation in center on both sides.
