English delft circular plate with blue decoration. The deep well has the initials "E H" (usually the owner's), with two groups of four large dots on either side of the letters and a group of four smaller dots between the letters over the date "1704". Two groups of stylized floral petals on scrolled stems are above and below the initials/date.
