Description:
English pearlware saucer and teacup (90.213.1) decorated with black transfer prints. The interior of the bowl is decorated with floral border and central floral element; one side of the exterior has a mythological scene of three boys and a goat and the other has a nude boy with a staff (thrysos). The border of the shallow saucer has a stylized floral border and the central image of three nude boys riding a goat. Both teacup and saucer have with applied foot rims.
