This volume contains fifteen wood engravings, twenty-two lithographs hors texte and twenty-two wood engravings hors texte being the table of lithographs, and one wood engraving repeated in black on the cover. An edition of the lithographs on china was published by Vollard in 1896 (including two lithographs not present in this volume). These lithographs were printed at that time and held aside for eventual book publication.
