Description:
One of two silver tablespoons, by J.W. Adams (unknown life dates and working dates), New England, c. 1830. Stamped "J.W. ADAMS PURE COIN" and engraved "O Dole". Orrin Dole (1806-1872) was born in Shelburne, MA, in 1806, lived in Deerfield, MA, and migrated to Ohio 1843.
