Description:
Circular bowl with broad, flat rim and deep circular well, underside of bowl has a foot rim. Bowl is covered completely in white tin glaze with pinkish undertones. Very similar to re-decorated Charles II dish in Historic Deerfield’s collection HD 55.028. Label on the underside of bowl reads, "Mark and Marjorie Allen/ white delft bishop's hat dish/ c. 1670 (see Lipski fig. 130) MZ 784/AEM/100 $X00.00"
