Description:
Black-and-white photographic postcard of Main Street in Deerfield showing the steeple of the Brick Church and a portion a frame building built in 1842 known variously as the "Town Street School" and "The Grange Hall". The building was moved to Deerfield Academy in 1912, dating the original source negative for the photograph before 1912, although the postcards could have been printed after 1912. 2 nearly identical postcards - printed from the same source negative but at different exposures.
