Description:
Two lithograph caricatures; upper depicts a smaller man bowing deeply, his top hat in his hand, to a smug, portly man who faces the viewer. Two men in close conversation at upper left. Lower depicts an assembly of men that recalls the ancient Roman Senate, wielding batons. Reverse is a French newspaper sheet.
