Description:
Boy's cotton one-piece skeleton suit with complicated brass buttons at waist, small fly-slit at front, and long sleeves, which is probably for a 3-4 year old. These were called skeleton suits because they were form-fitting and displayed the contours of the body. They were usually easy to remove by unbuttoning a few buttons.
