SKINNER CATALOGUE: A twenty dollar bill, printed on the face in black and red on white. "The Bearer is entitled to receive Twenty Spanish milled Dollars, or an equal sum in Gold or Silver, according to a Resolution of CONGRESS of the 14th January, 1779." "The United States of North America" Reverse in black on white. "Twenty Dollars - Printed by Hall and Sellers. 1779."
