Silver teaspoon with an upturned spatulated-end handle with a midriband elliptical bowl with a long tapered drop and lobed shell, which is marked "K.L" in a rectangle for Knight Leverett (1702/03-1753) of Boston, and engraved with the initials "S.C" in block letters on the back of the ribbed handle..
