Description:
Needlework sampler done in wool embroidery on linen in blue and pink long-arm cross, double running, satin and cross-stitches, which has the inscription "GOLDE DIEGAM" embroidered along the right end. The sampler is also decorated with a large bird, eight-pointed star, small female figure holding a bird and a branch, a bird perched on a flower, small animal-like figures, and a variety of ornate floral designs.
