Description:
Mental asylum with two socialite women observing the patients. A man in a room pretends to be king with crown and sceptre, another drawers a map on the wall while a man behind him looks through a telescope made of paper. In left foreground Rakewell sits shackled on the ground. Sarah kneels beside him and weeps.
