Description: A French Very signal pistol of the World War I period. 18 cm. round blue steel barrel, 27 mm. bore. Blue steel, pointed hammer, stud trigger, and lock lever. Plain brass handle and breech, with full checkered, split, walnut grip. Lanyard ring on the butt. Marked on the breech MECHANICARM and MOD 1917 and on the barrel 13354.
