Description:
Percussion cap muzzle loading shotgun with 22 1/2" barrel, rear half octagonal, front half round. Light walnut stock extending to 7 1/4" from muzzle and terminating in a horn tip. Engraved brass butt plate, trigger guard, and two ramrod guides. Engraved brass plate opposite lock plate, indentation for a missing brass star on left side of butt. Ramrod missing. Round wire swivel, swivel on trigger guard missing. Not marked. S stamped on under side of butt.
