Description:
Recto: Border with foliage and birds surrounds a vignette which depicts the judgment of Solomon, set in contemporary gothic architecture. Figures wearing contemporary dress. The king is seated in throne at the right; next to him a standing armored figure raises a sword over a kneeling mother holding a baby. Another standing female figure holds a baby at far left. The scene takes place in a vaulted interior with a green tile floor; a landscape is visible through a door at left. Margin is filled with floral and foliate design with a bird.
Verso: Text in Latin (?) with illuminated letters and small, delicate designs.
