Description: Pair of sleeve ruffles or "engageantes" with three layers of gathered cotton mull joined by a silk binding at the top to form sleeve ruffles graduating from 5 1/4" deep to 9 1/2" deep. Separate layers are also graduating in depth to form three graduated layers. Edges are scalloped with drawn work and embroidery with drawn work and embroidery motifs above the edging.
