Description:
This image taken by George Barker; Died 27 November 1894. In 1862, Barker moved to Niagara Falls, New York, and opened a photographic studio.In 1879, Barker provided photographs of the Niagara region for a state survey on industrial and commercial development along the Niagara River. In 1886, Barker began photographing in Georgia, Virginia, and Saint Augustine, Florida, for the tourist trade.
