Description:
long vertical strip with several brush and ink characters all in black ink, each about 5 in. high and appear in three vertical rows; first row contains five ink characters and two box shaped red stamps, last two rows contain eight figures apiece; characters are painted on white background splattered with gold paint after the figures were painted; first border has a tan background and dragon design with dragons drawn on all sides and at top of inner border; dragon holding a circular object with Chinese characters; next border is peach silk with decorative elements; same peach material can also be seen in two vertical 3/4 in. strips at top of scroll; final border at bottom and top of scroll is darker shade of peach silk with decorative elements; reading/reading material
