Description:
One of two Chinese export porcelain molded, scalloped-shaped sweetmeat dish decorated in green, turquoise, iron red, rose, yellow, black, and gilding. The lightly-fluted well has a floral bouquet tied with gilt ribbon with large poppies, scattered green and turquoise leaves, and iron red, gilt, and rose flowers. There are scattered gilt and iron-red flowers, turquoise and green leaves, and iron-red flying insects around fluted rim edge. The shaped shell bottom edge has a rose leaf vine extending from a bud center.
