Description:
Two handled burnisher with two rounded handles with pewter ferrules attached to a C-shaped steel rod with squared edges; and an oval-shaped piece of iron screwed through the center of the rod and attached with a bolt. It was found in the tool chest of Samuel Pierce (1767-1840) who worked as a pewterer in Greenfield.
