Description:
Curling iron or crimping iron with a brass hinge and two loop handles, one circular and one D-shaped. Frank Barnes in his "Hooks, Rings & Other Things" illustrates a similar English form: "This tong was made for a thicker curl; hence the heavier tong ends."
