Description:
Brass plate, printed with the text of the Declaration of Independence and the names of the signers. In a circle in the middle of the plaque is a reproduction bas-relief image of the presentation of the Declaration of Independence, with the caption "In Congress, July 4th, 1776." Small inscription along bottom dates plaque to 1859.
