SKINNER CATALOGUE: A kerosene wall or table lamp in tin, gilt painted. Made with a sconce back with hole to hang on a hook and with flat base to set on a table. Front handle for carrying, 5 1/8" round bright tin reflector. Burner of brass for 5/8" flat wick. Wick control wheel marked PATENT. Dec. 10. 1867. Deflector marked E. MILLER & CO. 1872 PEERLESS. Made by Edward Miller & Co., Meriden, Connecticut. Height 7 1/8". Receptacle 3 3/8" x 3 1/8" x 2". Cat. 10/21/1935
